This 30-minute introductory call is the first step to see if your property is a good fit for Lazule’s full-service management. During our call we will: - Review your property basics (location, size, current use) - Discuss your goals, preferred level of involvement, and timeline - Give a high-level overview of our management services and fee structure - Answer initial questions about income potential, guest profile, and onboarding If we’re a good fit, the next step is to schedule an on-site visit to walk the property, discuss recommended upgrades (if any), and outline a customized management plan. This call is ideal for owners considering partnering with Lazule would look like—before moving forward with a full evaluation on site.
